WHAT ABOUT LONG TERM RENTALS?

Rental periods of 8 days or longer will receive a discount of 15% off the total daily use charge. Total milage usage will be limited to 150 miles/day with a surcharge of $0.50 per additional mile.

Rental periods extending more than 3 months will require advance notice of 1 week to allow an oil change and/or maintenance appointment to be made accordingly and renter will be required to maintain the vehicle's maintenance schedule. Renter will be responsible for delivering the vehicle to the Hall Jeep Dealership in Virginia Beach or to Ryan's Rentals at the Madison Ave location.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A VEHICLE?

24 Hour notice for bookings. Maximum 3 Hour last minute books will be subject to an additional $50 surcharge

WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP TIMES FOR YOUR VEHICLES?

Pick up times from 7am to 10pm Sun-Sat. Delivery to the Norfolk International Airport can be arranged for an additional $100 surchage

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES?

Daily rate includes 300 miles per day. Additional surcharge of $0.50 per additional mile.

$1/gallon over current gas prices plus cost of gas added for Jeeps not returned with a full tank

Cleaning fee of $50 surcharge if vehicle is returned excessively dirty

Damaged vehicles will be subject to a surcharge of insurance deductible plus additional costs dependent on the damage

$250 smoking fee

Renter Requirements

Renter's age 25 and older

Must have a valid Driver's License

Only renter may drive. Additional drivers allowed if noted at booking time and meet requirements.
